Just remember: it’s perfectly okay to feel depression, but you have to stop being so fucking lazy with the small stuff in your life right now. It’s adding up.

Stop making your future self: suffer compounding consequences.

Start putting lots of micro effort into micro things throughout the day that will make your future self frequently say “thank you!”

Your future self looks strong and capable thanks to you creating a mindset that’s now focused on the target.

Discipline is hard if you are just starting to work those mental muscles out. But discipline gets easier, and muscle memory is our brain/bodies way of helping us grow.
